When you enter into Oldsmobile Park, you know what the main purpose of the park is. It is for America’s favorite past time – Baseball.

The stadium is home to the Class A Midwest Minor League team the Lansing Lugnuts. The Lugnuts are affiliates of the Toronto Blue Jays and an outstanding organization that has seen many of the players graduate to the Majors.

The Crosstown Showdown is the area's premiere Exhibition Game featuring the Class A Midwest Minor League Lansing Lugnuts vs. Michigan State University Baseball.

Michigan State Baseball also plays select games at Oldsmobile Park. The Spartans enjoy coming down to the stadium and typically have some type of promotion to add to the family-friendly, fun atmosphere.

Homerun for H.O.P.E. is a high school baseball tournament that takes place at Oldsmobile Park in early May. Proceeds from the event benefit the H.O.P.E. Scholarship fund.

The stadium also has a history of hosting the Diamond Classic. It is a local high school invitational tournament that typically takes place in May – June.
